St. Mary’s
College is located on St. Mary’s Road, Dundalk, Co.
Louth, Ireland. Dundalk is in the North-East of the country
‘only an hour from Dublin’. St Mary’s College
was founded in 1861 by the Marist Fathers. It was the first
school to be opened by the Marist Fathers in Ireland. The
school has developed from being a day and boarding school
for boys to a day school for both boys and girls. The principal
of the school is Mr. Con McGinley and Vice-Principal Mr. Gerry
Hearty. The College now has approximately 720 pupils.
