Continue to bring among the people you evangelise the true spirit of God, the spirit of the Society of Mary, a spirit at once of zeal and moderation, of courage and modesty, of prudence and of simplicity, of charity and of self-abnegation, and God will continue to bless your efforts. Look only to the glory of God, the honour of Mary and the salvation of souls. Then, freed from the slavery of self-love and self-interest, you will become instruments of the great mercies of God towards sinners.

Remember now those people and concerns that are dear to you and entrust them to God.
