Holy Saturday

Something strange is happening – there is a great silence on earth today, a great silence and stillness. The whole earth keeps silence because the King is asleep.

Today I am reminded that:

at certain points in life or because of a combination of circumstances,we become aware of an absence in our lives, an emptiness, a void.

Maybe during these moments we are reminded of the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of a friend, a retirement, a sense of meaninglessness, powerlessness,or insignificance.

In these moments what brings life, hope, and peace?
